Choose your journey: the meditative magic of Aerial Soundbath or the restorative movement of Aerial Yoga. Perfect for groups seeking connection and relaxation, this experience blends gentle aerial movement with mindfulness, creating space for both celebration and serenity.

  • 75 minutes of Aerial Soundbath OR Aerial Yoga

  • Guided instruction in our aerial hammocks

  • Deeply relaxing and restorative practice

  • Photo opportunities in our beautiful studio

  • Unwind with a 30-minute hosted Coffee or Mimosa Bar on our balcony (your choice)

  • Maximum 9 guests

  • No experience necessary

  • Must be 18 years old to attend and 21 years old to drink alcoholic beverages

    $300 per party

  • Come in your cutest activewear! For all Aerial parties, we recommend long-sleeve tops and tights. These keep you comfortable throughout the experience and minimise discomfort.

  • Coastal Flow was built with every individual in mind. Our parties are tailored to your level.
    Absolute Beginner? Not a problem, there’s plenty of beautiful, flowing and fun moves at a beginner level.


  • Aerial Soundbath lets you relax and unwind in our hammocks, soaking up soothing frequencies and floating effortlessly in the air.

    Aerial Yoga is more dynamic, designed to open and stretch the body in a gentle flow supported by our aerial hammocks.
