Pole Dance & Fitness

I took my first pole class at thirty-seven, walking into a studio with curiosity and a touch of nerves. After just one session, I was completely obsessed—and, admittedly, covered in bruises. Back then, I couldn’t manage a single pull-up, but over the years, I’ve built both the strength and the skill set I have today. My love for learning keeps me forever a student, and I hope every instructor at Coastal Flow inspires you to develop your abilities and become just a little better each day.

    Crest & Climb

Our pole fitness classes that focus on learning to go up the pole, invert, tricks, transitions and developing your strength. The foundation for all other classes you want to venture in to. This is a bare foot class but feel free to bring heels for your free dance at the end of every class.

Starts with a core warm-up, conditioning to improve our strength and technique, finished with a combo that is revisited for 2-4 weeks to create a three minute combo that you can feel confident to practice alone or perform.

Increase your fluidity, endurance and confidence.

    Wave Weavers

Feeling good in those Crest & Climb Level 1 classes? Add to your skillset with heels choreography. The Wave Weaver classes will focus on a sensual, upright choreo on and around the pole that extends no higher than a standing pirouette height (think water level up to the tip of a wave 🌊).

  • A calm ocean with gentle waves near a sandy beach, under an overcast sky.

    Shoreline Flow

Have you been working in heels and want to get a litlte more slinky and tricky? Then head to the floor with the Shoreline Flow classes. We will keep everything beach level and ooey-gooey in this very low flow class that work around the base of the pole and on the floor. Shoreline Flow celebrates movement rooted near the sand—these classes focus on pole dance artistry in heels, with an emphasis on tricks and transitions close to the ground.

  • Dry grass on sandy beach with ocean in background under cloudy sky.

    Sea Floor: Barefoot Pole Flow

Barefoot flow inspired by ocean depths, grounded movement, and sensual presence.

This class invites you to descend into your inner depths — where movement is not just performed, but seen, felt, and filled with meaning. We will explore our connection with the floor: melting, sliding, pushing away, surrendering, and collapsing — allowing the body to respond naturally to gravity and sensation.

Blends elements of modern and contemporary dance with fundamental pole technique, creating a grounded and fluid movement language. The class begins with a warm-up based on essential dance movement patterns, then gently unfolds into a guided choreographic journey

  • Sole Power

Get grounded and get powerful. This dynamic class focuses on polestands, low flow work, and floor-based tricks that build strength and control that you can eventually take up the pole. Perfect your spins, static combos, and discover the power in staying close to the ground. Designed for movers ready to level up their foundation with a focus on technique, transitions, and that undeniable power flow. Come ready to work in your socks (or bare feet) and leave feeling unstoppable.

Experience the mesmerizing magic of spinning pole. Whirlpole is dedicated entirely to the art of spin—where momentum meets grace and combinations flow seamlessly from one move to the next.
