When do classes open for booking? Classes may be booked up to two weeks in advance.
Where are you located? Coastal Flow is on the second floor above the Stadium Brewing patio in the Aliso Viejo Town Center. Stairwell by Inka Mama on the street-side of the building accesses the second floor. An elevator and second stairwell are on the right side of the building adjacent to the grass amphitheater. We overlook the fountain by the movie theater. Ample parking available in front of the building.

Barre/Mat/Yoga - Whatever feels comfortable for class, grip socks (optional)How early should I arrive? Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class if it is your first time. We advise that all other guests arrive 5 minutes before class in order to allow time for finding parking, restroom break and checking in before class begins.
How do I check in? Enter the lobby and check in on the front console or with the instructor for your class in your training room.
What are the class sizes? Smaller class sizes for spotting & safety.
Aerial & Pole max 8

We encourage you to add your card on file prior to visiting the studio for a more efficient check-in process. Once you have a card associated with your account, all in-studio purchases can be easily processed.
Are there age requirements? Guests must be at least 16 years old to take aerial or floorwork classes. Guests 16-17 must have a parent or guardian present to sign a waiver prior to their first class but can attend without a parent or guardian thereafter. Guests must be 18+ to attend pole classes.
Where do I put my stuff? - Please bring only necessary items for class into the training room. All other bags/items may be stored in the break room or lobby cubbies.
Does aerial/pole hurt? We can’t lie…it can! But in the best way possible. We don’t mean to scare anyone but each apparatus has it’s own OUCH-effect. Pole leaves “kisses”, Lyra is hard & metal, Silks can burn, Hammock gets squeezy. But in the aerial and pole community, we get used to it and maybe level up and those painful moments can turn into things of the past… until we try a new trick.
