SOLO FLOW

  1. Purchase Solo Flow pass OR Spiral Pass (spiral only)

  2. Pick your preferred service: Grotto (aerial or pole), Pole Studio, or Coastal Studio (aerial/floorwork). Spiral is in the Coastal Studio.

  3. Select # of guests and duration (60 minutes)

  4. Select OPEN POLE/AERIAL/SPIRAL/GUEST as the instructor (unless you are booking a private lesson, all lesson’s must be coordinated with the instructor as well)

  5. IMPORTANT: 
    - FIRST VISIT? You must give us at least 24 hours notice to set up your remote account to access the studio
    - If using the Grotto you MUST watch and understand the pole install videoS down below.
    - 🌀SPIRAL sessions need approval so we can move the spiral to the correct spot for you. YOU MUST BOOK A SPIRAL SESSION TO USE THIS APPARATUS. Pick Coastal Studio > Instructor is Open Spiral.
