Mat Pilates
Strengthen from the inside out.
Our Mat Pilates classes focus on core stability, posture, and mindful movement. Each session blends precise control with fluid motion, helping you build strength, length, and balance — both on and off the mat. Suitable for all levels. -

Barre

Flexibility
A class for all levels with progressions depending on your skillset. We will work on active and passive stretches to help your splits, back and shoulder dexterity.
