Terms of Service

CANCELATIONS - Classes canceled 8 hours or more, class credit is returned to student. Must cancel on CF App or via text message/call to studio number (949-734-0660). No messages via email or social media will be accepted.
LATE CANCEL - $20 fee for cancelations within 8 hours of the class. Must cancel on CF App or via text message/call to studio number (949-734-0660). No messages via email or social media will be accepted.
NO SHOW - forfeit purchased class and $20 no show fee.
TARDINESS - Instructor has the right to deny entrance to any student more than 10 minutes late.
WAITLIST IN PERSON - Client may come to studio to see if someone doesn’t show up, after five minutes we will offer the spot to another student.
FOOD & DRINK - No food in the training areas. Food and beverages (besides water) allowed in break room, lobby or patio. Water only in training areas.
JEWELRY - No rings, bracelets, loose earrings, anklets on any apparatuses
CLEANLINESS - Wipe down your training space/apparatus after class/in between use if sharing as needed. Alcohol and towels are provided.
ATTIRE - Please make sure chest area, bikini/bottoms are able to maintain coverage during class and that private parts do not sneak out!
HYGIENE - Let’s help keep our studio and bodies clean and fresh! Amenities for freshening up are in the bathrooms if needed. Please come into training room prepared.
SAFETY & SETUP - Students will not use apparatuses prior to class starting. Our instructors need to set up and ensure our equipment is safe. Please wait until class starts to use poles and aerial equipment. If you see something concerning, please notify an instructor!
STORAGE/BAGS - Please bring only necessary items for class into the training room. All other bags/items may be stored in break room or lobby storage area
SHOES - No street shoes in the training rooms. Heels for dancing only as needed.
SALES - All regular priced retail may be returned or exchanged, if unworn and in new condition with all tags attached, within 14 days of purchase, excluding personal care items and drinking vessels. All sale retail items are final sale.
Credit, and membership purchases are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
MUSIC - Guests understand that explicit music may be played in class.
SECURITY CAMERAS - Guests understand that there are security cameras with sound recording located throughout the studio and around the property of Aliso Viejo Town Center.
FILMING - Photography and filming are common practice during Coastal Flow classes. By attending classes, guests consent to be photographed and/or filmed for the purpose of publicity, advertising, illustration, web content, and copyright purposes. Guests may submit a request to not be filmed at least 24 hours in advance so we can discreetly notify the instructor. They will confirm with guest. If there is no confirmation, please feel free to inquire as needed.
CONDUCT - Coastal Flow does not permit and will not tolerate any inappropriate conduct. Such conduct includes, without limitation, abusive, offensive, insulting, loud, demeaning, disruptive language, profanity, lewd conduct or any conduct that harasses or is bothersome to members, guests or Coastal Flow employees/instructors. Coastal Flow reserves the right to refuse service and/or continued membership to anyone in violation of this policy.
