Aerial Artistry
After starting my journey in the barre room, then peeked into the pole room, I looked up the pole and saw a bright fabric tied in a lovely knot dangling up high. I decided to try a class and quickly transitioned from bruises to burns on Silks, Hammock and Lyra (this one still bruises me though, hah!). I was in a new found heaven with the fun that existed in the expression and creativity I gained and still learn from aerial arts.
