Experience the magic of aerial arts with your group. Try one of our aerial apparatuses: lyra (aerial hoop), silks, and hammock in one unforgettable session. Our expert instructors guide you through beginner-friendly movements, creating a safe space for fun, laughter, photos, and those "I can't believe I just did that!" moments.

  • 90 minutes of guided aerial instruction on one apparatus.

  • Warm-up and foundational techniques

  • Choreographed combo or flow sequence

  • Photo opportunities in our beautiful studio

  • Unwind with a 30-minute hosted Coffee or Mimosa Bar on our balcony (your choice)

  • Come in your cutest activewear! For all Aerial Float & Flow parties, we recommend long-sleeve tops and tights. These keep you comfortable throughout the experience and minimise discomfort.

  • Coastal Flow was built with every individual in mind. Our parties are tailored to your level.
    Absolute Beginner? Not a problem, there’s plenty of beautiful, flowing and fun moves at a beginner level.

  • Unsure of which? Contact us and one of our team can guide you on which apparatus would be best for your party on the day. We’ll get to know you and your needs so we can ensure you have the best experience possible.

  • We encourage you to enjoy the party safely and sober. If you wish to enjoy a drink, select our mimosas package so you can unwind and celebrate your achievements afterwards.
