Our expert instructors guide you through beginner-friendly movements, creating a safe space for fun, laughter, photos, and those "I can't believe I just did that!" moments.

Come in your cutest activewear! For all Aerial Float & Flow parties, we recommend long-sleeve tops and tights. These keep you comfortable throughout the experience and minimise discomfort.
