WORKSHOP - Threadies & Tricky Transitions

Twists, turns, and threads galore! Indulge in a variety of sequences that will focus on elevating our flow. Through intentional movement we will build and explore interesting pathways and dynamic transitions. 

  • All levels welcomed

  • Pre-requisites: Comfortable in a variety of grips (true, split, funky/claw), Proficient in beginner choreography classes.

  • What to bring: Knee pads, shoes or socks

    12:30 - 6:00PM available

  • Rate for 1:1 private lesson is $100 per hour 

  • Semi private up to 3 people $150 per hour
