The Experience:
Through our First Tide: Aerial you’ll be guided through a thoughtfully designed 90-minute session exploring silks, lyra, and aerial hammock. Whether you’re brand new or simply looking to reconnect with movement, this experience is crafted to meet you where you are.
With expert instruction and a supportive atmosphere, each participant receives personalized guidance to safely explore each apparatus and discover what resonates most.
An Elevated Introduction:
Set within our studio overlooking Aliso Viejo Town Center, this experience blends intentional design with high-level coaching to create something truly memorable. It’s more than a class, it’s your first step into the world of aerial ✨
