Based in San Diego, Andrea has developed a signature style rooted in fluid floorwork, flow, and swirly, dynamic basework. She teaches internationally, prioritising the technical mechanics of flow alongside body awareness, and draws on her theatre background to help dancers tap into their own artistry.

GROUNDED SPIN POLE
10:30 AM - 12:00 PM (90 minutes)
Low flow combos on spin pole, including techniques for controlling your spin, and utilizing the floor and pole to transition in and out of basework shapes.
Prerequisite: Shoulder roll. Bring kneepads, socks OR stilettos. Limited to 8.
STILETTO STRUT - BEGINNERS
12:15 PM - 1:45 PM (90 minutes)
Tired of feeling like a baby giraffe in those platform stilettos? Learn how to not just walk, but STRUT in those heels without a pole for support. Technique, posture and ankle strengthening exercises, and prompts.
Level: Beginner. Bring 7 or 8 inch platform stilettos. Limited to 8.
